Obituary

Ada Mae Wiggins Spears passed away on July 16, 2016. Ada was born in Hartselle, Alabama to the union of Lubie Wiggins, Sr. and Jessie Ingram Wiggins on January 1, 1926.

Ada was a graduate of Steubenville High School. She left Steubenville and worked for the Federal Government in Washington, DC for many years. She relocated to California and was married to Carl Spears. They enjoyed many years together.

She was a Seventh Day Adventist for over 50 years. She was an active member of the Wintersville, Seventh Day Adventist Church once she moved back to the Steubenville area.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; brothers, Lubie Wiggins and Bennie Wiggins, Sr.; and a sister, Ruby Mike.

Ada will forever be remembered by her loving family: two sisters, Blanche Wooden of Toledo, Ohio and Ethel Berryman of Richmond, Virginia, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, her church family and dear friends.
