Mr. Angelo Santiago Ramos, 51, of Warren, Ohio, transitioned from this life on Friday, July 17, 2026.

Angelo was born on March 21, 1975, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to Luz C. Lashkar and Alfredo Santiago.

He attended Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, also known as Monty Tech, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Throughout his career, Angelo worked on numerous construction sites. He enjoyed working on cars, but above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Adriana Rena Santiago, Nayeli Santiago, Angelo Santiago Jr., Selena Santiago, and Jayden Santiago; his parents, Luz C. Lashkar and Alfredo Santiago; his brothers, José Perez, Omar Santiago, Juan Ramos, and Luis A. Ramos; his sisters, Veronica and Waleska; along with a host of other loving relatives and dear friends in Ohio, Massachusetts, and beyond who will miss him deeply.

A visitation with the family will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 2003 Wilson Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44506.
