Obituary
Ms. Barbara Pruitt passed away peacefully on February 13, 2016 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, Ohio.
She was born on July 2, 1952 to the late Whalen and Anne Johnson Pruitt in Steubenville, Ohio.
Barbara was a member of Quinn A.M.E. Church in Steubenville, Ohio. She loved to dance and truly and enjoyed doing routines with the Steubenville "Big Red" Band when she attended their games. Barbara never let anything get down. Despite her disability she was more than able to lift the spirits of others with her smile and wit. She had a kind nature and you couldn't help but love Barbara Jean. She also enjoyed her many trips and mini vacations with her cousin Cindy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, William and James Pruitt and David Brown and a sister, Billy Wilson.
She is survived by her brothers, Robert Charles Warren and Albert Scott; a sister, Donna Terry; and a host of other friends and relatives.
She left a warm spot in the heart of those that knew her and she will forever be missed and remembered.
