Carl B. Willis, born on January 1, 1964, in Homer, Louisiana, was the beloved son of the late Ruthie (Dunn) Willis. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Miller and Elena Willis. Carl passed away on September 13, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew him.

A proud graduate of Pine View High School, Carl spent many years working as a laborer in the construction field. Most recently, he called Weirton, West Virginia, his home. Carl's warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, and his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

Carl was preceded in death by his mother and his grandparents, who shaped his life with love and guidance.

He is survived by his children, Erica Cline, Rashounda Brookes, Chasity Smith, and one son; his sisters, Tressa Vinson, Lisa Dunn, Chuntrell Willis-Hay, and Gladys Monroe; seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will carry his memory forward.
