Carrie Anne Featherman was born May 2, 1990, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to John H. Featherman and Beth Whatley. She passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 32.

Carrie graduated from Steubenville "Big Red" High School. She was loving and caring and will be remembered for her warm personality.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents George and Donna Rogers; and William and Shirley Roberts; paternal grandparents Cora Featherman and John and JoAnne Featherman.

Surviving Carrie are her parents John H. Featherman of State College, PA; and Beth (Dirk) Whatley of Steubenville, OH; three children who she loved dearly Alexis Featherman, Carter Fischer, and Angelina Fischer of Steubenville, OH; four brothers Dirk Whatley Jr. of Rockville, MD; John and George Featherman and Derek Cason, all of Steubenville, OH; one sister Cecily Williams of Akron, OH; three aunts Cathy Rogers, Wendy Mottle, and Theresa Haynes all of Steubenville, OH; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends may call on Monday, August 29, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service, 4:00 p.m. at the Second Baptist Church, 717 Adams Street in Steubenville, Ohio.
