Charles "Chuckie" Brown departed this life on Friday, February 24, 2023, at his residence in Steubenville, Ohio.

Chuckie was a faithful member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Steubenville, Ohio, where he devoted his time helping around the church as much as he could. He graduated from Steubenville "Big Red" High School in Steubenville, Ohio. Chuckie was also known to be a handyman throughout his life until his health started declining.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samaria Brown, and Rose (Styles) Brown; grandparents, Willie and Katie Styles; brothers, Curtis Rumph, Clifford Rumph, Johnny Brown, and Ricardo Brown.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, two brothers, Garrett (Rita) Rumph and Louis (Melva) Howell; an uncle Elder Ronald J. Styles Sr.; an aunt JoAnn Styles; a special cousin Cheryl Austin; a sister-in-law, Rene Brown; as well as his church family, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023, from 6:00-7:00 p.m., at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio. Please convey condolence to the family through Chuckie's online guestbook.
