Charlotte Ann Hurst, 65, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at Trinity Medical Center West. She was born June 28, 1955, in Earlington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John Cooper and Joyce Haus.

Charlotte was Catholic by faith. She worked for several years for the state of Kentucky as chief secretary.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband Jesse Hurst of Steubenville, OH; children Ginny Reed of Steubenville, OH; and Joyce Hurst of Tampa, FL; four grandchildren Madison Reed, Sarah Black, Jimmy Black, and Cooper Hurst; and a host of other relatives and friends.
