Clarence Lee "Chuck" Baker Sr., 67 of Charleston, West Virginia, formerly of Indianapolis, Indiana, departed this life on November 19, 2020. He was born in Williamson, West Virginia, on January 13, 1953 to the union of the late Arthur and Myrtle Thompson Baker. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his brothers; Luther Thaxton, William Thaxton, and Clyde Baker.
He attended Williamson High School and later joined the United States Marine Corps and served honorably during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired Commercial Truck Driver for Paschall Truck Lines.
He leaves cherished memories to his children; Barry Baker of Charleston, WV, Gary (Krista) Baker of Williamson, WV, Clarence "Chuckie" Baker of Columbus, OH, Raquel (Cedric) Greene of Dunbar, WV and Robert "Preston" Baker of Clearwater, FL.; two sisters Clara Hodge of Atlanta, GA and Barbra White of Williamson, WV; grandchildren Tiara Wilder, Emily Baker, Jaden Cisco, Kiosha Baker, Haley Baker, Corey Baker, Barry Baker II, Jaylahs Baker, Gabriella Baker, Zuri Baker and great-grandchildren Arijah & Uriyah Stamps and a host of relatives and friends.
