Mr. Clark Reid was born on March 12, 1936 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania to the union of the late Ulysse and Gearldine (nee Embry) Reid.

Clark was a Christian by faith. He was a a very kind man and truly adored his family. He met and married the love of his life; Charlene Williams Mayo. They enjoyed many wonderful years together.

He was preceded in death by a daughter; Darlene and siblings; David and Louise Carter;

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife; Charlene Mayo-Reid, children; Clark Reid, Jr., Elaine Cosby and Patricia Johnson; step-children; Sean Williams, Royal and Brandon Mayo and Corrina Barrow; 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
