Jennings, Cynthia Elaine was born on August 5, 1951 to the union of Virginia Brown Jennings and the late Riley Jennings, Sr. in Steubenville, Ohio. She was called to rest on March 23, 2015 in Weirton, WV.

Cynthia was a member of the Morning Star Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Weirton General Hospital, Levolor Blinds and W. J. Janitorial Services.

She was preceded in death by a brother; Riley Jennings, Jr. in November of 2013.

In addition to her mother, she leaves to cherish her memory a sister; Beverly (Douglas) Branham of Weirton, sister-in-law; Terry Jennings of Steubenville, OH, Aunts; Laura Jennings and Marie Brown both of Weirton, WV, a great aunt; Vada Jennings of Queens, NY, a great uncle; Harry Jennings of Detroit, MI, a dear friend; Claudia Thomspon, a host of cousins and many friends.
