Mrs. Cynthia Livingston Palmer was born on October 10, 1946, in Weirton, WV to the late Uel and Virginia Livingston. She departed this life on August 2, 2018, at home surrounded by her family in Fremont, California.

Cynthia was a 1965 Weir High School graduate. She was an excellent cook and her meals will surely be missed. During her spare time, Cynthia sold Tupperware. She enjoyed watching sports such as football and especially her favorite sport, basketball. Cynthia loved coming back home to the Weirton area so that she could spend time with her family that she loved dearly. She will be sorely missed by all those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Donald Poole, Joseph Livingston, and one sister Rose Tucker.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Michael, her devoted daughters Regina, Sonya, Jennifer, and Shawnta Palmer all of California; one brother, James Poole, of Olympia, WA; her sister, Avery Livingston, of Weirton WV; her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The family will hold a memorial service in California.
