David Carter Wallace, 54, of Steubenville passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Trinity Medical Center West. He was born October 23, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, to Patrick Riley and Nancy Dagget.

David was known to make anyone laugh and truly enjoyed time spent with his family and friends.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his companion, Lynette Williams, of Steubenville, Ohio; a host of other relatives and friends.

Per his wishes, no services will be observed by the public.
