Obituary

Devin Martin Williams, affectionately known as "LiL," passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the age of 39. He was born on March 26, 1986, and grew up in Steubenville, Ohio.

A proud graduate of Steubenville Big Red High School, he became a well-known social media influencer, musical artist, and creative talent whose  reach was felt far beyond his hometown. Whether through his music, his presence online, or the way he uplifted others in everyday life, Devin had a gift for connecting with people.

Devin was a man defined by pride, strength, and loyalty. Family was an important part of his life, and he cherished time spent with loved ones. His crew of close friends, who were more like brothers, stood alongside him through life's many moments. Known for his bright personality and warm spirit, Devin never met a stranger—he had a way of making people feel valued and seen. He will forever be remembered for his love of taking pictures with everyone he met and his ability to leave a lasting impression on every life he touched.

Those who knew Devin best will remember him as a man of creativity and passion, but also as someone whose kindness, humor, and energy were impossible to ignore. His charm and loving soul touched countless lives, and the memories shared by his family, friends, and community will carry his legacy forward for generations.

Devin is survived by his mother, JoElla Williams; the father in his life, Roger Collins Sr.; his brother, Roger Collins II (Chrissy); his sister, Jamie Williams; his maternal grandmother, Ella Ruth Jordan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who loved him deeply.

The family will hold a private service to honor Devin's life and memory. While his physical presence will be deeply missed, the family finds comfort in knowing that Devin is now at peace, and his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
