Doris Jean Styles, 69, of Orlando, FL, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017.

She was born in Steubenville, Ohio to the union of the late Willie Z., Sr. and Katie Mae (Whaley) Styles.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. After she graduated from Steubenville High School, she went to Job Corp in Maryland. Doris retired as a secretary from Great Lakes Steel Company.

Doris was a very well rounded person and truly loved to have fun.  She was a gifted decorator. She enjoyed bowling and was on a bowling league when she was younger. She especially loved to travel and had been to four islands in Hawaii, the Dominican Republic, Cancun in Mexico, Puerto Rico and many cruises to various destinations.  She adored her only son, Shakhan and her grandson, LaVaun.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lillie Finley, Rosie Brown and Virginia Brown; brothers, Willie Styles Jr. and Samuel Styles.

Doris is survived by her son, Shakhan L. Styles of Orlando, FL; brother, Ronald J. Styles Sr., sister, JoAnn Styles; grandson, LaVaun Styles; niece, Cheryl Austin, and a host of other nieces and nephews.
