Douglas Keith Young, 60, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. Douglas was born May 27, 1961, the son of the late George Sr., and Delores Young.

Doug was a mentally handicapped individual but made everyone who met him have a feeling of joy. He will be truly, truly missed.

He was preceded in death by his loving and caring parents; and one sister, Rhonda (Young) Primm.

He is survived by his older siblings George Young Jr., and Cynthia Young, and younger brother, Eric Young; as well as a host of other relatives.

A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in the chapel at Union Cemetery, 1720 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville, Ohio. The interment will follow after service.
