Eloise Helen Groomes, 70, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013. Born in Brilliant, OH on Jan 10, 1943, she was the daughter of John and Exie Livingston. She worked as an Executive Secretary at IBM for 18 years. She was preceded by her husband David, of 41 years, and by siblings; Aaron Livingston and Ruth Davenport.

Eloise is survived by her two children, Tonya Groomes of New Jersey and Martin Groomes of Poughkeepsie, NY, her siblings; Janet Graves and Rev. Ray Livingston , of Steubenville, Ohio, Elder Donald Livingston of Akron, Ohio, Deacon Harold Livingston of Riverdale, Maryland and Paul Livingston of Columbus, Ohio and a host of nephew, nieces, many dear relatives and friends.

Funeral Friday, December 27, 2013 at 1:00PM, Second Chance Ministries COGIC, 255 S. 3rd St. Elder Durant Graves will officiate. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at 12:00PM.
