He was born on October 15, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio.
He was the son of the late James and Agnes Walker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Cornelius O'bain.
He will be sadly missed by his son, Eugene Jr. (Michelle); grandchildren, Selena and Sierrah; siblings; Jeff, Robert and Nona Walker.
Viewing service Monday, May 5, 2014, from 11 a.m. to noon at Tower of Power Ministries, 1312 Maryland Ave., Steubenville.
