Frances L. Johnson, 87, of Wellsburg, WV; passed away September 27, 2018. She was born in Bennettsville, South Carolina on October 8, 1930, to the union of Pantsy Ellen Lagoo Elder and John Edward Zimmerman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles S. Johnson, Sr.; her son, Marc R. Johnson; and five siblings.

She is survived by her children, Pastor Toni Hubbard, Elder Charles, Jr. (Jeannette) Johnson, Sondra Johnson, Carla (Dana) Davis, and Timothy Johnson; 73 grand and great-grandchildren combined, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

All services will be held on Monday at Emmanuel C.O.G.I.C., 128 S. 5th St; Steubenville, OH. Visitation 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m.
