Mr. Frank Mukes Jr. was born on October 10, 1939, in Lake Providence, Louisiana. He passed away peacefully on Monday, August 21, 2023, surrounded by his family at his residence in Steubenville, Ohio.

Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He worked and retired as a manager for The United States Postal Service.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son Shannon Loveless.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Audrey Mukes; sons Ricardo Long and RaShaan (Delilah) Mukes; two sisters Dorothy Mukes and Clara Mukes; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A family visitation was accommodated at Gregory-Martin Funeral Home in Steubenville. The interment was held at Sunset Garden of Memory Cemetery in Millstadt, Illinois. Please convey condolence to the family through Frank's online guestbook.
