Obituary
Frankie L. Crossland of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on June 21, 2013.
She was born in Alabama to the Percy and Maraliza Peterson.
She was a lifetime member of Second Baptist Church. She was a social worker for many years in the nursing home industry. Frankie was an excellent cook and could cook anything well.
She was married to the late Herbert Crossland. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Nathaniel Dillard and Richard Peterson.
She will be sadly missed by her family: children; Gail Peterson and Roderick Peterson, a dear grandson; Tori Peterson, brothers; Robert "Bobbie" Peterson and Jack Peterson, her sisters; Shirley Banks and Deloris Peterson and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Second Baptist Church, 717 Adams Street, Steubenville, Ohio. The visitation will begin at 10:00AM and the funeral will follow at 11:00AM. Rev. Calvin McLoyd, Jr. will officiate.
Burial will be held at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
