Holly Dawn Claypole, 50, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on April 25, 1976, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Debra A. O’Connell Pickford (William) and Robert J. Claypole (Carleen) of Port Orange, Florida.

Holly was a proud graduate of Steubenville “Big Red” High School and went on to earn her associate degree from Jefferson Technical College in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in corrections.

In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her two beloved sons, Wade L. Manns, Jr. and Jordan A. Manns, and their father, Wade L. Manns, Sr.; her sister, Amanda Claypole; her brother, Nicholas Pickford; her paternal grandmother, Eunice Claypole; and her cherished grandchildren, Zander, Jeremiah, Jovanni, Julianna, Mila, Baby Jordan, and Bella. She is also survived by a host of extended family members and dear friends.

Holly will be remembered for her contagious laughter and vibrant, outgoing personality. She truly never met a stranger and had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gregory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel, 255 South 7th Street, Steubenville, Ohio.
