On Monday, December 11, 2017, Almighty God in His infinite wisdom closed the eyes of our beloved brother, Howard Lee Fullwoood and whispered: "Peace be Still".
Howard was Christian by Faith, he was born in Steubenville, Ohio, April 5, 1941, to the late Gatewood C. Fullwood and Velma M. Wheeler. He graduated from Steubenville High School in 1959. After returning from the service, Howard was employed by and retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company.  He worked in the pickling coating department. Due to various health concerns, Howard had been a resident at the Carriage Inn Nursing Facility in Steubenville over the past 7 years, where he was known for his easy-going nature and quiet ways. One of his favorite pass times was reading and especially enjoyed Western Novels.
He liked playing all types of card games and liked to play any type of numbers games. He loved being around his family and friends. From a very tender age, all four of his sisters called him "Howdy Doody".
