Jacqueline R. Thompson-Chambliss passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 26, 1947, to the late Marilyn and Myrtle Thompson. She was known for her vibrant smile and contagious laugh. Jacqueline was known to be a caring woman who spent most of her life thinking about others. She always surrounded herself with family and friends, which is where she felt most comfortable. Jacqueline had a passion for music and loved to be on the go. Jacqueline worked as a deputy sheriff dispatch In Jefferson County for several years. Jacqueline lived life to the fullest by ensuring that others had what they needed. Jacqueline Is preceded in death by her son Antonie Chambliss and she is survived by her twin daughters Alicea Chambliss and Tralicea Chambliss; her grandson Xzavier Carter; her brother Dorman Doggett; and a host of family, and friends, along with extended family the Gilbert/Ross family.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 30, 2022, from 11:00 am until the time of her life celebration, 12:00 p.m. at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio.
