James Keith Dolan Sr., 66, of Toronto, Ohio, gained his heavenly wings on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1954, to the late William Michael Dolan and Mary Gaynelle Dolan of Earnshaw , West Virginia.

James loved to fish, hunt, and spend time with his family .

He was preceded in death by his devoted wife Patricia L. Dolan , of Toronto, Ohio; and one daughter , Margaret L. Dolan also of Toronto, Ohio.

James leaves behind two sons , Robert (Brittany) Dolan , of Georgetown, Pennsylvania; and James K. (Serena) Dolan Jr., of New Cumberland, West Virginia; grandchildren , Kayla (Frank) Fife, Grace Dolan , and Rebecca (Jason Wright) Dolan , all of New Cumberland, West Virginia; Dillon and Jaylynn Dolan , both of Georgetown, Pennsylvania; and Destiny Kacel, of Palm Bay, Florida; two loving sisters, Norma (Tom) Dorich of Fuquay Varina , North Carolina; and Doris Starr , of Hopedale , Ohio; one brother , Mike (Rose) Dolan , of Venice, Florida; his best friend of many years, John McCain, of New Alexander, Ohio; a host of nieces , nephews , cousins , and friends ; also left behind are his loving pets, Brownie, Shila , Isabelle, Sahara, Oreo, Bootsie, and Missy.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his life celebration service, 12 noon , on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL & LIFE EVENT CENTER, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville , Ohio. Interment to follow at Franklin Cemetery in Wellsburg , West Virginia.
