Jesse Kenneth Woodland Jr., affectionately known as “Woody,” of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away at home on Sunday, August 2, 2026. He was born in Steubenville on December 7, 1960.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Pauline Woodland, and his siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa; his daughters, Amber (Sean) Campbell and Faith (Josiah) Woodland; and his grandson and best friend, Grayson Campbell. Jesse also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Delania (Jim) McKinney; and several nieces and nephews, including Erin (Steven) Coe and Mariah Harris-Coe.

Jesse enjoyed fishing with his grandson, collecting cars and lighthouses, and spending time with his family. He was also an avid fan of Steubenville Big Red, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jesse was a kind and dedicated man who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

No formal services are planned at this time. The family has entrusted the care of their loved one to Gregory-Martin Funeral Home.
