On April 30th 2013 at 5:15 a.m., God sent a host of angels to valley hospice in Steubenville, Ohio. To bring John H. Carter Jr. home.
John was born January 26, 1975 in Steubenville, Oh. The son of Janet Carter and the late John H. Carter Sr.
John graduated from Steubenville Big Red in 1993, and he was attending EGCC.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Raymond Sr. and Irene Carter, his maternal Elmor Sr. and Sallie Lytle.
John (J.C) is survived by his mother, two sisters; Yolanda L. Hall of Steubenville and Angela Harris of Newport News, Va. two sons; Kyle smith of Cadiz, Oh and Devin Evans of Steubenville, Oh three daughters; Khadeja Hazel, of New York; Ka'Jona Clark and Reily Jackson, a stepdaughter Kaylyn Clark of Steubenville, Oh and a special friend; Heidi.
The homegoing service will be at 12 p.m. Monday, May 6, at Tower of Power Ministries, 1312 Maryland Ave., Steubenville, Ohio. There will be a viewing 11 a.m. until the time of service.
