Obituary

Our beloved brother, John A. Morrow, R.N., went home to be with his creator on Saturday, March 24, 2018.

John was a graduate of Steubenville High School where he was a member of the Acapella Choir and the Civic Chorale Choir of Steubenville. He also spent time as a member of the Steubenville Players and acted in many productions during high school.

After high school, John attended Kent State University, where he graduated with a degree in Education. This led him to become a teacher for the Wellsville City School System. After teaching, he decided to enlist in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. Upon his return from the Navy, he attended nursing school where he received a degree as a Registered Nurse.  He was actively working as a Registered Nurse until his death.

John enjoyed long car trips with the love of his life, his wife; Janet, over the years. He was a devoted Big Red "Roll Red Roll" and Cleveland Browns football fan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Hunter Morrow, as well as his parents Denzol and Joan Marrow.

He will be sadly missed by his brothers, Stacy, Peter (Brenda), Christopher (Iris), Benjamin (Donna), Todd (Minerva) and their children; his two stepdaughters, Jennifer (Ed) Soltis, and Bethany (Chris) Minzler and their children;  his cousins of the Morrow, Davis, and Walker families; many friends and dear coworkers.

We will never forget him and always remember John as a straightforward, funny, honorable, man and brother.
