Mr. Joseph Robin Robinson, 70, transitioned from this life on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Joseph was born on October 11, 1955, at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California, the son of Rhoda Lee and Eugene McKinley Robinson.

Joseph was a loving and encouraging man who found joy in supporting others in their interests and helping them succeed. He enjoyed fishing, boating, spending time in nature, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Above all, Joseph valued the people in his life and will be remembered for the love and encouragement he shared with those around him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, LaMonte Jackson, Dalonda Robinson, and Jevon Robinson; his stepmothers, Lois Carvin and Barbara Robinson; his siblings, Kenneth Dotson, Deborah Clardy, Mary-Ann Dotson-Nolan, Duane Harris, Sara Herd, Kelley Lyons, Michael Robinson, and Roderick Wojnarowski; along with a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rhoda Lee; his father, Eugene McKinley Robinson; his stepfather, Willie Dotson; his wife, Sheila Robinson; and his sisters, Sheila Reeder and Sharon Hall.

Memorial service arrangements will be forthcoming.
