Juanne "Putt" Shawnell Stevenson departed this life in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, December 7, 2019. He was born March 1, 1974, to Ada Laura Stevenson and Michael Otis Sr. in Steubenville, Ohio.

He was a 1993 graduate of Steubenville High School where he played basketball and football for "Big Red." He worked construction and at Team Ford in Steubenville until his health failed. He enjoyed bike riding, fishing, cutting hair, and DJ'ing when he had time.

Juanne was a devoted father. His children were his world and there was nothing in this world that he wouldn't do for them. Juanne was known to be clean-cut and fly. He made certain his fits matched from head to toe and never left the house without a spray of his favorite musk. He was truly a walking fashion ensemble.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rossi Ann and John Stevenson; paternal grandparents, Rosa Lee and Ulysses Jones; and one sister, Tyra Lawrence Stevenson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents; one son, KyJuan Stevenson; his three daughters, Awtihana Smith, Dyvynne Stevenson, and Aemeliana Stevenson; Three brothers, Bernard (Cassandra) Stevenson, Michael Otis Jr., and Brandon Otis; one sister Melanie Otis; a niece, Shadea Stevenson; one nephew, Rashade Stevenson; and a fiancée Brittany Powell all of Steubenville, Ohio. His memory will live on through all of them.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019, 11 a.m. until the time of service, 1 p.m. at the GREGORY-MARTIN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio. Pastor Marvin E. Barner Jr., will officiate.
