Kelly Robinson was born September 8, 1959, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the union of John Lee and Melba (Price) Robinson.

Kelly was a Christian by faith. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, laughing, and creating beautiful memories with her family and friends. She always had a story to tell and was a listening ear to anyone in need. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lee and Melba Robinson; sister, Shira D. Robinson; brother, Scott L. Robinson; and the love of her life, Robert L. Simmons Sr. (Bunny Woo).

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her children, Shiraz L. Robinson of Columbus, Ohio; Brittany M. Simmons, Robert L. Simmons Jr., and Ronin L. Simmons, all of Steubenville, Ohio; grandchildren, Niazeria, Cameron, Alexis, JahBari, Lyric, and JahZaire (Tank); great-grandchild, Genesis; one brother, Levonus "Bo" Robinson; a niece and nephew whom she raised as her own, Sheri T. Dodson and Shane L. Robinson, both of Steubenville, Ohio; and Shiraz H. Robinson (Hug), of Maryland; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom she loved very much.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service, 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio. Interment will be held at Union Cemetery.
