LaChelle Rose Bougard p assed away on September 17, 2023, at her residence in Steubenville, Ohio. She was the daughter of Calvin Dean and Rose Marie Bougard.

LaChelle was a loving and caring person. She was kindhearted and was known to help anyone in need. She had a beautiful smile and found pleasure in making others do the same. LaChelle would show her love to others by cooking for them, which was her passion.  She adored her family, and  cherished her beloved children.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents James Edward Bougard and Maudie Dean Bougard; maternal grandparents Robert Looman and Flossy Mae Deller; one brother Kyle Lamont Wade; and one infant son Romone Calvin Harvell.

In addition to her parents, she is also survived by three children Issis Kimberly Bougard-Powell, Johnny Chester Powell, and Braeyah Brianna Powell; two sisters Brittany Gammons and Nicole Malcolm; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio. Please convey condolences to the family through LaChelle's online guestbook.
