Laddie C. Smith Jr. "BeBe" was born May 2, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio to the union of Laddie C. Smith Sr. and Virginia McKinney Smith. He passed away peacefully on February 10, 2023, at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two siblings Todd Lockhart and Carolyn Swearengen.

He leaves behind three siblings Eric Smith, LaTanya Green, and Shelia Phillips; and a host of other relatives and friends.
