Lee Brock Otis Jones Sr. was born November 11, 1970, the son of John and Blondell Otis of Steubenville, OH. He departed this life on February 21, 2023.

He graduated from Steubenville High School in 1990. He was a football player, who also took pride in owning a car as a teenager. He was a ladies' man, the women adored him. He was a 5% by faith. He was sure to bring a smile to anyone who was in his presence. He was a "Jack of all trades" and never denied family if they ever needed help. He worked numerous jobs before he became co-owner of Wally's Lawn Care LLC. He was a very hard worker, especially with his son Kwame; who he shared an undeniable bond with.

He is preceded by his parents, John and Blondell Otis, a special and dear aunt Gail Johnson, sister (s) Michaelene Jones, Jeannine (Eugene) Rollins, brother(s) Jeffery, John (Helena), Arthur, and William Jones. He leaves behind sisters, Connie (Keith) Birden, Lela Jones, Willette Fordham, and Janet McKinney, and brother(s) Cornell Jones III and Thomas(Vonetta) Jones. A special niece dear to his heart Jewel Young. His beautiful children to cherish, LaShane Luke, Kwame Jones Otis, Golden Dawson, Maleeya Jones, Javian Mcintyre, Maeleeona Jones, Antonio Dawson, Lee Brock Jr., Khaleek Jones, Jahleek Jones, Jeffery Jones, Annaleese Jones, and Elleeon Jones. His granddaughters Kylee and Ka'leah Jones. A host of nieces and nephews.
