A proud graduate of South High School, Jeannie continued her education at Youngstown State University, where she earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Education.

Jeannie dedicated more than 30 years of service to the Youngstown City School District, positively impacting the lives of countless students and families throughout her career. She was a faithful member of Third Baptist Church, a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns, and an active participant in the South High School Class of 1967 alumni community.

Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy C. Green and Daisy M. Baker Green; her brother, Samuel DeLane Green III; her only son, Dominic V. Bills; her grandson, Jermiah V. Bills; and her lifelong companion, Clarence Anderson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Lynnette E. Bills and fiancé Albert Jackson, both of Youngstown, Ohio; her sisters, Daisy L. Bannarn of Youngstown, Ohio, and Theodosia E. Bills of Rolesville, North Carolina; her grandchildren, Jermaine Ladson, Tanisha Ladson Strong (Marquis Strong Sr.), and Lisa Marie Bills; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss her.
