Lita Ann Walters, 70, of Wintersville, Ohio, died at Trinity Health System West on Sunday, May 3, 2020. She was born July 26, 1949, in Youngstown, Ohio, to the union of Merrill and Edith Helt Moyer.

Lita received an Associates Degree from ITT Tech. She worked as a secretary for an insurance company for many years. Lita was very loving and generous which represents two traits she inherited from her mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Raymond Walters; one son, Jeffrey Walters; and two sisters, Donna Allison, and Merrill E. Moyer.

She leaves behind to honor her legacy, two sons, Christopher Walters, of Deer Park, Texas; and James Walters, of Wintersville, Ohio; a daughter, Sara Walters, of Wintersville, Ohio; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four sisters, Vanessa Moyer, Judy Gonzales, Nancy Ramirez, and Nora Vinion; a host of other relatives and dear friends.

In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has elected private services.
