Michelle "Me-Me" Harris was born on December 11, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Linda and Jessie Birden. She departed this life suddenly on July, 27, 2014 at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Michelle was a graduate of DuSable High School in Chicago, Illinois. She was a homemaker and truly liked spending time with her family; especially the time she spent with her grandchildren. She enjoyed having a good time, cooking, dancing and just laughing (that was her thing).

She was preceded in death by parents; Linda and Jessie, and a brother Demetrius Birden.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her nine children; Raven (Calvin), Stareeka (Derrick), Tenel, Tashema, Jamaya, Destiny, Shayana, Shayne and Demetria, her grandchildren; Cajuan, Shayuana, Cherish and London, her sisters; Daphaney (Nate), Lashonda, and Tanea (Craig) and Jalonda, her brothers; O'Tearle and Shayne, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
