Nancy C. Robinson, 85 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Wed., Feb 20, 2013 at the Valley Hospice Center
She was born on Sept 28, 1927 in Steubenville, OH to the union of the late Raymond and Catherine Clark Foutz
Nancy was a graduate of Steubenville High School and attended Hunter College in New York. She worked and retired as a Supervisor for
Jefferson County Department of Family Services.
She was married to James Robinson the love of her life
Nancy was a lifelong member of the Quinn Memorial AME Church where she was a member of the Steward Board, Missionary Society, Usher Board, a Sunday School Teacher and the
director of YPD. She was also a member of Nimble Thimble Federated Women's Club.
She is survived by her husband James, nieces; Sylvia Thompson and Shelia Hendricks of Steubenville, Ohio, Jackie Robinson of Wintersville, Ohio and Mary Evans of Texas, four nephews; Michael Wise, Ernest Robinson and Gene Wise of Steubenville, Ohio and Richard Wise of Cleveland, Ohio, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral and Visitation on Saturday, Feb. 23rd at Quinn Memorial AME Church, 515 North Street. Rev. L. Anthony Gatewood, Eulogist and Rev. Charles Simpson will Officiate.
Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral will follow at 11:00 AM
