Noel Harvard, age 65, of Bensalem, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on December 7, 2024. Born on Christmas Day 1958 in Weirton, WV, he was the cherished son of the late Theodore and Dora Harvard.

Noel was the devoted father of Malcolm (wife Erin) and will be deeply missed by his sisters, Virginia and Joyce; his brother, Emmett; nephew, Eddy; great niece and nephew, cousins; close friends; and all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his sister, Runa, and brother, Edward.

A proud graduate of Fairmont State University, Noel built a remarkable career as a Senior Manager at Allstate, where he dedicated over 30 years of service. During his tenure, he earned numerous Distinguished Leader Awards, reflecting his exceptional leadership and commitment.

Noel found joy in life's simple pleasures. He was an avid golfer, a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates, and loved attending Phillies and Sixers games with Malcolm. His passion extended to cheering on Princeton University, Duquesne University, and Upper Moreland High School teams. When not on the golf course or in the stands, Noel cherished his time relaxing down the shore.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Noel's life on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home, 10975 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154, followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 W. Cheltenham Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19150.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Noel's name may be made to the Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
