O'Tearle Keith Birden, Sr. was called home suddenly on October 19, 2017. He was born February 7, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to Linda Birden and Erias Harris.

He attended John Farren elementary and went on to graduate from DuSable High School in Chicago. He worked many years as a security guard. He was truly a family oriented man and will be sorely missed by his family.

O'Tearle was preceded in death by his parents; he was also preceded by his daughter, Lanetta; a grandson, Teon; a brother, Demetrius; his sister, Michelle; and daddy Jessie.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, LaTarria, Erica, O'Tearle, Jr., Linda, Latasha, Blue Monday, Maddaline, and Stevie; 9 step-children; 15 grandchildren; his sisters, Daphaney, Lashonda, Tanea (Craig), Cheryl, Karen (William), and Jalonda; one brother, Shane; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, a special friend/brother James Rossi, and other dear friends.
