With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our mother, Pamela M. Baineses. Surrounded by her family, Pamela departed this earth on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the age of 72.

Pamela Baineses was born Pamela Marie Riley on February 23, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio. She was the daughter of Rillis Riley and Annie (Floyd) Riley and the only girl of six children.

She met and married Louis A. Baineses, and from this union they raised three daughters. She was a homemaker and a very outspoken woman who deeply cared about the people who were important to her. She always had an open door to anyone who needed it. She loved to cook, watch wrestling, and cheer on the Cleveland Browns, but most of all, she loved her family.

She leaves to mourn her brothers, Larry Riley and Elston Riley; her daughters, Letricia D. Riley, 55, and Kisha (Kenny) Gibbs, 53, both of Youngstown, Ohio, and Carmen (Brett) Douthett, 54, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Brett “Bus” Douthett, Kenneth Gibbs Jr., Kennisha Gibbs, Chelcy Douthett, Mariah Riley, Ivory Douthett, and William “Alex” Gibbs; 18 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Baineses; her mother, Annie Riley; her father, Rillis Riley; and her brothers, Benjamin Riley, Jimmy Riley, and Thomas Riley.

Services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the funeral chapel located at 292 Madison Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon.
