With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Pamela M. Baineses. Surrounded by her family, Pamela departed this life on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the age of 72.

Pamela was born Pamela Marie Riley on February 23, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Rillis Riley and Annie (Floyd) Riley. She was the only daughter among six children.

Pamela met and married Louis A. Baineses, and together they raised three daughters. She was a devoted homemaker and an outspoken woman who cared deeply for those who were important to her. Her door was always open to anyone in need. She enjoyed cooking, watching wrestling, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Pamela leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Letricia D. Riley, 55, and Kisha (Kenny) Gibbs, 53, both of Youngstown, Ohio, and Carmen (Brett) Douthett, 54, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Brett “Bus” Douthett, Kenneth Gibbs Jr., Kennisha Gibbs, Chelcy Douthett, Mariah Riley, Ivory Douthett, and William “Alex” Gibbs; 18 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Baineses; her parents, Rillis and Annie Riley; and her brothers, Benjamin Riley, Jimmy Riley, and Thomas Riley.

Services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the funeral chapel located at 292 Madison Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon.
