Mrs. Patricia Ann Carter Robbins, 63, of Youngstown, Ohio, peacefully transitioned from this life on July 1, 2026.


Mrs. Carter Robbins was born on May 12, 1963, in Washington, D.C., to Loretta Carter and was lovingly raised by her stepfather, Edward Langford.


She attended North High School and was employed by Park Vista as a State Tested Nursing Assistant. She also worked for Dake’s Home Health Care and InfoCision Call Center, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.


Patricia enjoyed fishing, spending quality time with her family and friends, playing cards, listening to music, and watching movies. She will be remembered for the love she shared with those around her and the joy she brought into the lives of her family and friends.


She leaves to cherish her precious memory her former husband, Richard Robbins Sr.; her children, Latrel Carter, Tonnachamaine Carter, and Richard Robbins Jr., all of Youngstown; her stepson, Terrance Williams of Youngstown; her beloved grandchildren, Sa’Mya Whitman, Za’Niyah Whitman, Kaylah Young, Andrae Foster Jr., Maurice Steele, Cameron Barnes, and Thomas Steele Jr.; her great-grandson, Zakaree Whitman; her brother, Richard Carter of Youngstown; her nephew, Billy Tramaine Carter, whom she reared as a son, of Youngstown; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.


She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Willie Lee Carter Sr.; and her sister, Genise Carter-Fore.


A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Third Baptist Church, where visitation with the family will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
