Patricia Ann Irvin, 58, of Steubenville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones at home. She was born on March 23, 1964, in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Robert Irvin and Dorothy Babel Irvin.

Patricia was a very kindhearted and caring woman and had a very nurturing soul, she loved helping people every chance she could. She loved spending time with her grandkids and nieces and nephews as much as she could, and children and animals always seemed to flock toward her. She had a great sense of humor and personality that would always make everyone around her happy, no matter the situation.

She loved cooking from scratch, spending time at Tappan Lake with the family, working on cars with her son Justin and spoiling her Chihuahua Joey. Patricia's favorite holiday was Christmas, every year she would make her house look like it was Santa's Workshop and put together baskets of homemade Christmas cookies.

Surviving is her partner Denise Harper of 20-plus years. Her son Justin Irvin (Jene'e Ensell) of Weirton and her two daughters Patricia Harper (Keith) of Wintersville. Terra Swift (Byron Swift) of Cleveland. One sister Robin Irvin Burnette (Glenn Burnette) of Columbus. One Brother Bobby Irvin (Kevin Doyle) of Steubenville. One Nephew Glenn Burnette JR (Jessica Gough) of Columbus. Two granddaughters Ny'Eliah West, and Baby Gianna. Two grandsons Javin Harper, and Jveon Harper. Two great-nephews Camdyn Burnette and Holdyn Burnette. Two great-nieces Paisley Burnette and Poppy Burnette.
