Ramona Pauleen Frame was born October 16, 1954, in Braxton County, West Virginia, to the union of Bud and Marie Posey. On Monday, May 24, 2021, she passed away peacefully at Sunnyslope Care Center in Bowerston, Ohio, at the age of 66.

Ramona enjoyed listening to country music.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Marie Posey; two brothers; two sisters; and an infant son, Bernard.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Posey of Sutton, West Virginia; and James Frame of Beckley, West Virginia; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Sally Bender and Mary Posey; as well as a host of other relatives.

Per the family's request, no services will be observed by the public.
