Ricky Dwayne Barnett, 57, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on October 14, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1968, in Fairmont, West Virginia, the son of the late Raymond Barnett Sr. and Barbara Jean White.

Ricky lived a simple life and found joy in the little things. He spent much of his time helping with roofing and other hands-on work, always willing to lend a hand when someone needed it. He loved being outdoors, casting a line on a quiet day, and relaxing with an ice-cold beer. Whether it was Busch, Bud Light, Natty Daddy, or Icehouse, Ricky enjoyed life his own way and never took himself too seriously.

He had a big heart and an easy smile, and he was happiest surrounded by family and friends. He leaves behind countless memories that will bring laughter and comfort to those who loved him most.

Ricky is survived by his eight children, Ricky Greene, Tammy Ingram, Melissa Ingram, Michelle Barnett, Michael Barnett, Amber Barnett, Matthew Barnett, and Wyatt Barnett; one brother, Raymond Barnett; and two sisters, Tammy Ford and Jeane. He is also remembered with love by his fourteen grandchildren, who brought him great joy.

A celebration of Ricky's life will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at La Belle View Church of Christ, 301 Ohio Street, Steubenville, Ohio 43952.
