Obituary
He was born in Weirton, West Virginia to William James and Juanita J. (Parker) Burns.
Rodney served in the United States Army. Later, he was employed with Ocean Spray as a laborer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a wife, Gerda.
He leaves behind a son, Jeffery Shackleford of Cardova, California; a brother, David "Silk" Burns of Weirton, WV; and a sister Tanya (Burns) Parker.
