Obituary
Roger J. Williams passed away September 12, 2016. He was born August 25, 1943 in Steubenville to the late Josh and Katie (nee Jackson) Williams.
Roger was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy from which he was honorably discharged. He worked 39 years for Wheeling Pitt Steel where he retired. Roger loved watching Big Red and Cleveland Browns football.
He was proceeded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 42 years; Joyce Ann Williams, a loving daughter; Regina Williams, a sister; Stephanie Williams and two brothers; Tyrone (Donna) and Jerry Williams, and two grandchildren; Derek and Derwin Williams.
