Sara Elizabeth Powell

October 28, 1991 - March 1, 2021

Sara Elizabeth Powell, 29, of Steubenville, Ohio, transitioned from this life on March 1, 2021. She was born October 28, 1991, the daughter of Kimberly Powell and the late Robert Robinson.

Sara was Christian by faith. She attended Wellsville City Schools. During her time in high school, she started on the girl's basketball team. Sara was always happy and could brighten anyone's day with her smile. She was very family-oriented and cherished every moment with her loved ones. Most of all, she loved her four beautiful children, Deondre, Gage, King, and Makayla.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Robinson; one brother, Walter Allen; and her grandfather, Jerry Barrett.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her mother, Kimberly Powell; three sons, Deondre, Gage, and King; one daughter, Makayla; her brothers, Daniel, Samuel, and Benjamin Powell; her grandmother, Mickie Barrett; aunts, Teressa (Noah) Davis, Mary (George) Schmidt,  Dawn Hissam, and Connie (Bob) Hissam; uncles, Ron Bryarley, Daniel Bryarley, and Mike Hissam; a host of other relatives and friends.

A public visitation will occur on Monday, March 8, 2021, at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL AND LIFE EVENT CENTER, 255 S. 7th St., Steubenville, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
