Sarah Jane Crislip, 65, passed away October 23, 2018, at UPMC in Pittsburgh. She was born August 18, 1953, in Elkins, West Virginia to the union of Carl Edward and Nettie June Elmore.

Sarah was a member of Yahwah Apostolic Ministries in Smithfield, Ohio. After finishing her high school education, she completed her CDL training and became a Class A CDL Licensee.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Nettie Elmore.

Sarah leaves behind her loving husband, Allen Crislip of Richmond, Ohio; two daughters, Ashlee (Brandon) White of Austinburg, OH; and Melissa (John) Kavadas of Carrolton, OH; two sons, Greg (Tonya) Crislip of Bellefontaine, OH; and Aaron Jason Fortney of Washington, DC; five grandsons, Gavin White, Jason Kopko, Ryan Crislip, Logan Crislip, and Austin Fortney, a host of other relatives and friends.

Sarah's memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018, 3 p.m. at Yahwah Apostolic, 1271 Main Street in Smithfield, Ohio.
