On February 13, 2022, Stella Ann Thorn passed away suddenly. She was just 59 years old.

Stella was born on March 21, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio. A lifelong native of Steubenville, Stella was well known and well-loved by many. Everyone loved her real personality and honest mouth. She enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and also gambling.

She is survived by her six siblings, Daniel Cook, John Blanchard, William Harrison, Gregory Harrison, and Eugene Harrison; three children, Riashauna Harrison, Edward Thorn, Curtis Thorn, and Karen Blanchard; ten grandchildren, Mykia West, Malaysia Harrison, Joseph Harrison, Jozaeyah Jordan, Ephortlis Kelley, Najyka Thorn, Amasha Thorn, Myia Thorn, Jah'Si Thorn, and Xolani Thorn; and five great-grandchildren, Zavien West, Kyrell West, Kaia West, Drayden West, and Derrius Anderson Jr.

She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Jean Blanchard and two siblings, Regina Blanchard and Lemoyne Blanchard.

Services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville starting at 1:00 pm. Doors will open to the public at 12:30 pm for greetings.
