Taiwan E. Williams, 44, of Steubenville, Ohio died October 2, 2017 at Lancia Villa Vista Nursing Home. She was born February 9, 1973 in Weirton, West Virginia the daughter of Raymond C. Williams, Jr. and Henrietta (Young) Williams.
Taiwan was a graduate of Steubenville High School. She was a school bus and classroom aide for Columbiana County Head Start and most recently she worked as a cashier clerk for First Choice America Credit Union. She was a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Community Baptist Church where she served in the Women's Ministry and loved to sing in the choir. She loved children and her favorite thing to do was watch her nieces and two nephews.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael L. Williams; a daughter, Shiliana; her grandparents, Raymond, Sr. and Blanche Williams, and James and Gertrude Young.
Surviving are her mother, Ms. Henrietta Williams; two brothers, Paul (Natalie) Williams of Florida, and Raymond (Kim) Williams of Steubenville, OH; numerous nieces and nephews; her special kids, Kyliana, Khemani, Ka'Saun; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
